Our dear Amin ... who seems to be unaware that the word receipt in Arabic means wasl or isal and he will find both words in HW dictionary pages 1073 and 1074 and let us read what it says

وصل wasl junction........voucher receipt...

I do not see anything here that is even close to saying that this word also means ISTILAM too right? and do you know why? because the word wasl means receipt not receiving

Now in the next page it says

ايصال isal pl. -at connecting......receipt voucher

And these two words are the Arabic language words for receipt

And how come it does not say isal also means istilam? Because it does not as istilam means receiving

Oh and while we are waiting for your answer: is BISM an acronym? And if it is not it means that we have a liar here so who is the liar here? Jesus? Muhammad? or al-Tabari? I smell riots here
