Turkey has finally become Islamist

Dear Dr Pipes:

It is an irony. When Erdogan won the Turkish elections, I refused to believe that Turkey had gone Islamist. But now that it is picking violent fights against other Islamic countries, I need no more convincing. Yes, turkey has gone Islamist. When did India last shoot down a Nepali plane? Or Canada a US plane? Or. for crying out loud, France a British plane? Even discounting the disciplining of Kurdish people by Turkey, it took Erdogan less than five years to go to war with Syria. Such are the ways of the religion of peace. And what the mother of all leagues and commonwealths of nations (OIC) doing when this is going on? Only Allah knows that.
