"So our dear Amin who ran away not once but twice"
Where to and from what? Why mention the above . if you cannot answer any further?

"our dear Amin who ran away not once but twice earned not one but three degrees in ancient Arabic"
Sure up to Masters Degree in Classical Arabic. And a separate degree in Computing. Oh - and I am waiting to reciprocate links.
- - -
"is really confused and is back again to his tablighee twists and turns and he has great difficulty in understanding what isa is saying to him"
Not a single one the above is true - but to someone like you - well it doesn't matter - does it?
- - -
"For the readers and this is beyond our dear Amin who ran away not once but twice the word receipt in Arabic a language that our dear Amin who ran away not once but twice earned not one but three degrees in ancient Arabic وصل او إيصال or wasl or isal and here from an Arabic dictionary"
Again - no one denied that Isaal means dictionary. . . but the question is/was regarding the word "Istilaam". Which also means "receipt" in Arabic.
Pg 426 Hans Wher
Pg 99 Al-Mawrdi
Isn't this what you denied?

"How come you did not know that our dear Amin? Oh istilam? staying tuned as i do not like to make you the perplexed more perplexed"
Who said I didn't - the word Isaal never came up in the conversation. As it was about if the word "Islam" means pease or not. And the person from saudi had mentioned it.
See how you have fabricated it?

How about some more of your fairytales?
How about the conjugation of verbs? When you claimed the word Inna ان was needed. Ouch! And you laughed at the very notion that verbs conjugate!
There is lot of material to go through yet!
