Reader comment on item: Ankara at War
in response to reader comment: Turkey has finally become Islamist

"When did India last shoot down a Nepali plane? Or Canada a US plane? Or. for crying out loud, France a British plane?"

And when has Canada ever sent missiles into US or France attacked UK?

In case of India - Govind [for obvious reasons] was careful to select Nepal. Ignoring Bangaldesh, China, Sri Lanka, Bhutan or Myanmar. Indian Army has alway enjoyed a good jostle along all those borders. But not so much with China these days.

Pakistan, of course, is another matter.
