Our dear PP lives among his wahhabi masters and he should have known better that isal or wasl means receipt and istilam means receiving

So let us go through what you wrote

TENDER DOCUMENTS ACKNOWLEDGMENT RECEIPT إشعار استلام مستندات العطاء قانونية Payment receipt إيصال استلام قانونية

Isal Istilam qanoniyya or the receipt of receiving legal here it is in your own source

How come you had no clue about the meaning of the word Isal or wasl? Let me guess because you do not know any Arabic right?

Cash receipt إيصال استلام نقدية ،

Right Isal!

a word that you have been avoiding like the plague right? This is what a receipt really means the word istilam means receiving (otherwise it would have been called Istilam naqdiyya and not isla istilam naqdiyya right our dear Amin al-tablighee?) and naqdiyya means pertains to money or is plain English the receipt (isal) of receiving that pertains to money

Now do you get it?

إيصال خزينة قانونية

Oh ISAL I see

take up the documents استلام ( قبول ) المستندات قانونية

ISTILAM (means) QUBUL or accepting al-mustanadat al-qanuniyya or the legal documents

take the goods استلام البضائع في مكان الوصول قانونية

Or the receiving of the goods in place of THE RECEIPTS that are legal

It is your sources that are saying that Isal means receipt

Oh istilam? here we go

Receipt eception استلام قبول قانونية Receipt , reception receiving , collection استلام وتسلم

Or let me quote yuo; tassalum and istilam (means) reception RECEIVING collection and I'm sure you agree with me that this does not mean receipt

You need to stick to Urdu you and our dear PP
