Reader comment on item: How to Save the Obama Presidency: Bomb Iran

Submitted by David West (United States), Feb 7, 2010 at 22:07

What if the rulers of Iran just happen to be right? What if they have absolutely no intention of ever building a nuclear bomb? What if they, like so many others in the world, have attained a state of higher consciousness way above that displayed by any western politicians or press members?

What if the Russians are right? They have been assisting and working with the Iranians on their nuclear power project, and they state that there is no sign of bomb-making.

What if the Iranian bomb making propaganda is another product of a mind similar to the one that derived the world's previous famous hoaxes, regarding bringing the people to want war.(WMD's come to mind!)

What if there are some people in this world who are able to live in a state of love, instead of the constant fear displayed by our politicians and press?

What if the pending court cases regarding war crimes find that it is illegal for one man to order another to kill a human being. This is what civilised society means as a minimum - no killing.

... You have a large audience - you could be one of those that makes a difference.

Best regards

David
