The more interesting poll question would have been whether people would support an invasion of Iran do halt its nuclear ambitions, because that is the alternative you face.

Citing "bombing" as the solution is insincere because it invents a clean and restrained solution that doesn't exist in reality. If things were different, Israel would already have destroyed Iran's nuclear facilities via airstrikes, like they did with Iraq's reactor back in the 80s. Much of the iranian nuclear infrastructure is located far underground to render such an attack unsuccessful. The Israelis, Obama, and the intelligence community know this. You cite "bombing" as the solution only because bombing sounds like a clean way to achieve the goal -- and it is a relatively clean way, but only if it works.
