Not to say they are incompetent, but there would be so many attacks, they couldn't stop all of them. Honestly, the citizens can't stop an active shooter situation, what makes you think they are going to be able to stop several attacks with bombs and more shooting. Just a realistic assessment. I see you are somewhat emotional that's why toy responded the way you did. Bottom line, it's going to be messy.
