A true Christan is a Jew too, in that he is a child of Abraham by faith in the promised seed. Not by works. Israel, as a people, will come to the understanding, at the fullness of time, that the Lord has visited his people. He will be back, as the conquering Lion of Judah. For now, He is also called son of Joseph for this reason; that the rejected son of his father's household is become the prince and saviour of (Egypt} the gentile world and ultimately the savior of his father's household. The same joseph that was given up for dead is alive and await his brethren reconcialition with him. The Lord's work, in our time, will be complete at the full restoration of Israel.

A true Christan, therefore, is a lover of the Jews because there is no seperation between these two. I believe that Walid Shoebat is a true Christan.

A religious Christan, however, has no understanding of any of these. He is power hungry and whatever he considers an obstacle to power is a threat that should be ruthlessly done away with. Such religious christan may present as an individual, state, religious movement or institutions. A religious christian is therefore close to the Messiah by mouth but his heart is distant from the Lord. While it is proper to carefully analyse statements or acts done in support of the jews by any christian, it will help to note that a true convert to Yeshua the Messiah is a true lover of his bretheren - Israel. So I say keep up the good work walid. Perhaps we may yet learn to love one another first, and discuss our differences in a civilised manner later.
