Reader comment on item: Walid Shoebat: "Palestinian turns from radical Muslim to true Zionist"
in response to reader comment: Walid Shoebat - hero or snakeoil salesman?

So you're using circumstantial evidence that he called Palestinians 'Nazis' and basing an argument on that? Then you claim that Christians can't admire and love Jews? That's sheer foolishness and barely qualifies as an argument.

Whatever Shoebat is, I've actually seen him speak, as opposed to having it reported to me third party, and most of what he says can be corroborated by other sources, including people I know who have traveled in Palestinian lands. The graffiti saying, in Arabic, "We will knock on the gates of heaven with the skulls of Jews" is there for everyone to see. The posters making hero-worship of suicide bombers are everywhere, including Bethlehem.

Do you think for a moment that if Israel suddenly had no defense, the Palestinians wouldn't overrun the land and commit fervent genocide? Of course they would, and it's a dangerous mistake to think otherwise. If one thing destroys Israel, and indeed all the West, it is the self-loathing and reluctance to defend our own culture from outside aggression that is so apparent in the modern 'intellectual' movements.
