1) Those who step forward in the Name of Jesus and present the Gospel publicly, put themselves in the firing line. They stand or fall by what they say and how they live.

This is obvious to many, but those who have a genuine prophetic word to the Church, the assembly of Israel (however 'secular' they might account themselves), and the world in general are in danger of their reputations and their lives. Walid Shoebat is being presented in such a way.

If people doubt this, then they should read the Acts of the Apostles in respect of Saul/Paul's life, and how Jesus, and, subsequently, the world, dealt with him!

If Shoebat is a servant of Jesus, then the proof will be in what fruits the Holy Spirit produces in him.

2) Scripture exhorts us to pray for the peace of Jerusalem. The Jewish Nation are the decendants of Abraham; the covenant and promise of YHWH comes down through Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, via David and through Yeshua Ha'masich, and through Him we gentiles, having received salvation by His perfect sacrifice, and full completement of the Law of Moses and the prophets, are grafted into the vine and become, as a free gift from God, joint heirs in that covenant.

Therefore Christians should both pray for the Jews and consider them/ourselves brothers. Jesus came first to the Jews then sent His disciples out to the gentiles, by way of His final commission.

What is so hard to understand or accept? It is all in God's Word. Christians, if you have a problem with this, then pray and ask God to show you what His POV is!

Jews, if you don't consider yourselves as 'secular, do the same - remember, God is standing by His covenant, even if you are not.

Muslims, stand, briefly, outside of your religious (fundamentalist) beliefs, do what the Qu'ran exhorts you to do and use your minds in an unbiased way to assess/divine correctly the situation and respond, at least, in peace towards it.

To all, Shalom and Salaam.
