Reader comment on item: Walid Shoebat: "Palestinian turns from radical Muslim to true Zionist"
in response to reader comment: For our dear waell and "addressing the intellectuals" ROTFL

This ridicule does not surprise me. By the way, what was his name? The eighteenth century writer I mean.

Three ex-terrorists will be speaking at Stanford University in southern California April 16th, 2007. The event will begin at 7:00 PM and will be taking place at Kresge Hall. For tickets, E-mail chernicj@Stanford.edu. Seating is limited to 600 so be quick like bunnies.

If anyone who is reading this and is going or went to this event, give it up, let's hear about it, your experience; what you heard and smelled, the rage you felt, the tears you shed, things you shouted.

Agree or disagree with me, I hope you understand that by posting my story, my beliefs if you will, and turning the discussion towards a religious debate,it will leave no scrap of doubt about where I stand and have a right to stand tall. Also revealed was how each individual who has been posting, Jhubers, Waell, Dhimmi, to name a few respond to ideas that directly challenge their OWN stand in this world.

If we were face to face, and you told me my beliefs were a fairy tale, I could handle it and nothing would come of your comment. But did you need to be so rude?

If I revealed to you my core beliefs and shared some carefully sought out wisdom and you called me a failed prophet, I'd have nothing to say, no defense. What can I say except nothing at all?

If anyone here were to be so bold as to speak to each other in person this way, I'd be surprised. Not just because you'd be afraid, but because of that common thread of decency that runs through all of us to treat each other in a civil manner. Why? because we are all made in the image of God.
