Tovia Singer is a Rabbi. While he travels and lectures in USA, he does have a radio program on Arutz Sheva. He is a personal friend of Walid Shoebat and has interviewed him on a number of occasions. Walid Shoebat is for real and if you have doubts, contact Tovia through Arutz Sheva.
