One group is being allowed to "discriminate" against others on the basis of their religious sensitivities. If you or I were to claim that it offends our religious sensitivities to get in a cab with a driver that reads a Quran that tells him to kill infidels, we'd be vilified as Islamophobic and probably sued shortly thereafter by CAIR or the ACLU. "They" are allowed to be intolerant of "us". We are not allowed to be intolerant of them or their beliefs.
