I see, though, that you read through my clumsy analogy for the intent. Simply that the perception of "immoral" is so individual, and so arbitrarily (without a clear community consensus) assigned to one's faith, that no employer or society in his right mind should be required to accede UNLESS he perceives it as a value to his business to recognize the accommodation. What if I told my employer that my soul was in peril if I didn't go to the Wild vs. Canucks game last night? Thanks, Dan
