Submitted by Donn Rutkoff (United States), Apr 10, 2003 at 03:22

1. Jacques Chirac
2. His cabinet
3. Robt. McNamara
4. The creeps in the streets in Oakland (they actually complained that the Oakland police didn't do barricades right and complained that the police came armed with crowd control non-lethal weeapons!!!!!!!!)
5. Saddam & his crew
6. Arafat

Make that #1 for Arafat, even above Chirac.

The Germans and Russians and Chinese who have been selling weapons to Iraq are tied for 7th.

8. BBC, which was turned OFF to the Brit soldiers in the field for its hostile editorial position.

Separately, I hope Cheney retires and Paul Wolfowitz becomes the new VP in Bush W ver. II.
