Dr. Pipes: Excellent response to the false charge that responding to attacks will invite more of the same and worse. In fact, you're too easy on the Arab leaders who make the "100 Bin Laden" predictions by not exposing their ulterior motives, namely the fear on the part of the dictators and those connected with their regimes of the introduction of democracy to that part of the world
