Whatever the outcome in Iraq...terrorism will rise if there is no solution for the Palestinians. There you have to take the torch out of the powder-magazine. As long as the Palestinians will have to live in degrading conditions worse than the horrible apartheid regime, people in the Arab world will always see the US and Israel as "the bad" countries and find a pretext for terrorism.
