Reader comment on item: 100 Bin Ladens on the Way?

Submitted by izod (United States), Apr 8, 2003 at 09:09

Every 5 year old knows that the only way to deal with bullies is to stand up to them-- FDR said on the eve of our entry into WW2: "Against naked force, the only possible defense is naked force." The anti-war zealots who predicted that the "Arab street" would explode and/or WW3 would start if we took out Saddam's regime are wrong as usual. Another quote from a great statesman: "Strength is not provacative; weakness is provacative". (Donald Rumsfeld)
