Would it prove Daniel's right?

Reader comment on item: [West Africa:] New Route to the West

Submitted by Pavel (United States), Jun 5, 2006 at 09:23

More than 5,000 Meskhetian Turks, long-persecuted minority group, fled Southern Russia and found their new home in Philadelphia and Scranton areas, PA with 8,000 more to come over soon. It would be interesting to watch them settle down and succeed in America after 60 years of non-stop prosecution and exile. It worth mentioning that Meskhetian Turks represent exactly the moderate Muslims Daniel suggests are the solution to the problem (of militant Islam). An experiment in the making!
