Rogue?

Define 'rogue'. I'm sure that the countries you cite all consider India to be rogue. In any case, your comparison with the USA makes no sense. India can barely feed a fraction of its people and is effectively one of the largest toilets on Earth. Yet they can still put together a primitive nuclear program and even have a Space program. The USA & Europe are the only thing keeping the backwards civilisations of India & Pakistan alive with the flow of contracts and aid that we send your way to keep your begging bowls full.
