Reap What You Sow

The British, the French, the Belgiums, and the Dutch have really screwed up Africa. A continent with vast resources should have been an economic powerhouse, but empire building led to eventual independence, led to tribal clashes, led to the rise of tinhorn dictators and instability. This is a case of whole continent mismangement and you reap what you sow!
