Anti CAIR

Daniel Pipes has raised an interesting question indirectly.CAIR has apparently given up its lawsuit because it will stand public scrutiny. Notwithstanding, as 501 c 3 not for profit, CAIR is subject to public scrutiny whether or not it is a party to a lawsuit. Perhaps the anti- Cair forces should insist on scrutinizing CAIR financial records anyway. Perhaps CAIR should be pressed to give up its financial records just like the United Way or face losing its tax free status. Actually, based upon what we suspect about the organization, such scrutiny may get its current leaders into jail as tax cheats or worse.
