Which Waahab is the so-called British spy refering to?

Readers should verify the facts which Abd al Waahab is the writer or so-called British spy is refering to. Is it Imam Mohammed Abd al Waahab or another person with the same name but living at an earlier period who was a British tool created to destroy the Otoman Empire?
