im not sure how the miniscule number of middle eastern women winning beauty contests equates to a conpsiracy.

Dr. Abdulla Abdullah is playing devils advocate - or perhaps he diesnt understand the west, where there are seldom arranged weddings - instead western women compete for mates based on an infinite number of qualifications including beauty.
