The differences of forbidden marriage

In Catholic, a marriage without similar catholic religion is not recognize by the catholic church. Same as in islam. But the differences is, catholic people can do marriage outside of the catholic church, and church community cant do anything, no body care, it is their right to marry whoever they want, also they are free to marry with any other religions... Nobody will bother them, except probably not accepted in one building of catholic church. But in Middle east, obviously, they may get what we called conspiracy of honor murder for leaving their religion or get killed to marry with people from other religion.
