Muslim marry non muslim?

Ahmadzafire, Islam only allows to marry christians and Jewish but not the others (hindu, buddhism or taosime, Kong Fu tju, atheist, etc). Why? only Mohamad knew why it written that way? The most important things is, Muslim marriage only can be valid unless the christians or jewish converted to islam. Many people do marry non muslim, but means they considered by their cleric as disregarding islam. That is the fact of how racist is islam way of marriage?
