No thats not what it is some people are just stupid enough to not know what their religion is, but islam is the most welcoming religion. Islam is believing in one god "Allah", who created us humans and the whole universe, so please dont judge all muslims like that i am sorry you got that as an answer, but that s not what a muslim should have answered you what a shame to whoever answered you.
