Reader comment on item: Finding Allah in Unlikely Places
in response to reader comment: All mentions of ALLAH on products is deliberate

Wow, the hypocrisy is palpable. The Qur'an says that Christians, Jews and Sabbeans are going to Heaven. If that is what the Muslims' holy book says, how can a real Muslim argue it? Further, how can he insult these "children of the book" as specified in the Qur'an

Further, a few folks hit the nail on the head. How can I purposely offend someone, with a word written in a language that I don't read or speak? Answer: I Can't

Case in Point... I know a place in South America. There is an overgrow cliff face, but some yellow rock peeks through. The parts peeking through spell the word EVIL. But in a country where English isn't spoken. Who is at fault here? Don't Muslims believe that allah controls all things? If so, he has control of what people print on shoes. If he has control of all things, how did he allow the Torah and the Bible to be changed, if he didn't want them to change? So either he controls everything, including changes, or he doesn't control everything, and therefore the Qur'an was never necessary, as a non-changing word of Allah.
