but allah is not our god...YahWeh is, the holy one of Israel is.....and muhammed is not our prophet.

No one however is intentionally insulting anyone's deity here.

The fact is the people who designed the logo for the sneakers weren't even arabic and the logo was meant to convey flames or wings...like the god mercury probably...who knows...but it wasn't meant to be an insult to islam. gee wiz..

I looked at the logo and honestly...it does not look like the actual arabic word allah...only sort of like it.

I don't expect muslims to honor my icons of Christ the most Holy redeemer...do I..

heck...I guess I would just be happy if muslims would stop killing christians in their countries...but old habits die hard.

It's all a matter of perspective.
