I haven't read many comments by the muslims in this site...

Regarding comments by non muslims i have few points that are really valid

First, looking at Saudi Arabia as a representative of islam isn't rational, islam is a religion which people practice and you can never be logical enough to judge a religion by it's people. It is always pushing to do so especially when someone lives away from an Islamic environment and is constantly bombarded by the media which has a variety of incentives such as political and economical.

Secondly, idiots like Osama Bin Laden and others for me I see them to fall in two possibilities.

1) They are real figures, they are behind all these terrorist attacks and are thus giving Islam a bad name and thus of course they are benefitting people like politicians in the western world, to exploit other nation's economies i.e. Iraq's oil while destroying the bright image of Islam. I.e. a total media based propaganda and most people here are victims of it.

2) The second possibility is that they don't really exist, instead these terrorist attacks like 09/11 and others in Iraq, afghanistan etc.... Are backed by intelligence agencies of Us, Uk etc... to move on and exploit the economy of Muslim nations.

For people like osama...

They are people who after 1400 years from Islam, were taught a different extreme ideology of Islam probably inspired by changes in teachings and this is also fabricated by super powers like Britian when it invaded muslim countries 200-300 years ago and influenced Islam's teaching's through buying cheap leaders to bury the brightness of this religion and change values and understanding. This is a deep process that takes generations of change but they were able to later receive what they wished for in certain communities; extremist people like Taliban who work for the mutual benefit of the superpowers.

Consider this, september 11th attacks, then Afghanistan is taken. Terrorist attacks in Iraq, therefore US troops should stay i.e. more oil. At the same time Islam's picture shatters.

So Muslims and the non-muslims are the victims in the end. Who is the evil, Superpowers, extremists etc....

To see if extremists represent Islam, work backwards, do they help Islam???, of course No. So who wants them?? the enemies of Islam.

By the way there is a verse in Quran regarding killing, that Non muslims should think about which says basically

"Whoever kills a soul with no right then its as if he/she killed all people".

Also our prophet peace be upon him says that the measure of worthiness amongst people is piety. Its not skin colour, its not that muslims are more worthy than non muslims, not race. So Islam eliminated these things like slavery far before the west did.

You should note the difference between Islam and Muslims. I don't defend Muslims because some are wrong, I hate osama, I hate zarqawi i hate them But When I stick to Islam its because its the most thing I value, and its the only thing that makes me treat non muslims and muslims equally Islam broadens my sense of humanity more than anything else, its the source of values that no law on this Earth has been more fair and comprehensive than.

I don't blame Non muslims, especially those in the west your media is like brainwashing you through reasserted correlation between 'Muslims' and 'terror' until after you heard it a thousand times your mind turns this to a causation between 'Islam' and 'terror'. Its a dirty game being played on you. Plus you talk to Muslims who defend extremism, and have a totally false motivation towards non muslims, and worst of all they speak for Islam. Some extremist so called muslims believe that killing another Muslim from a different sect is ok since they don't go pretty much with their believes. Others believe that killing prisoners is ok, it's a very complicated picture in front of a person who wants to judge Islam.

But judge Islam by Islam itself and not the hollywood presented Islam or the CNN picture of Islam, be holistic and consider the non extremist muslims who I guess make the vast vast vast majority.
