Deeply Irrelevant

Reader comment on item: Columbia University vs. America

Submitted by Bill Hadney (United States), Apr 15, 2003 at 17:50

I can't imagine how DeGenova (and his friends) will react to the fall of the next Hussein-like dictatorship in the region.

If he's capable of communicating at the intellectual level demonstrated by the former Iraqi Minister of Information, we'll certainly be in for a treat, and he may, thereby, redeem himself.

If not, he'll simply hasten his already rapid, and possibly irretrievable, descent into deep irrelevance.
