Reader comment on item: Columbia University vs. America

Submitted by Mike Ricotta (United States), Apr 7, 2003 at 07:52

I am amazed at all the rationalizing over the comments made by a traitor who passes for a professor at Columbia. I am amazed by all the people who stand by him, using "big words" to make themselves seem smart, so that all the "common" comments look petty and stupid by comparison.

The FACTS are: The Iraqi government that was in power tortured, raped, and murdered men, women, and children; used chemical weapons and killed thousands of their own people; have stolen food from the oil for food program and given it to the military troops of Iraq (and starved their own people). They are monsters, and in every story ever told-monsters should be killed or "sent away."

So look behind the traitorous comments of DeGenova and all his supporters. THIS is what they say:

"Yes, we support rape and torture of women. We support murdering anyone who speaks out against the government and wishes to be free. We support blackmarket activity, and theft. We support production of chemical weapons AND their use. We support starvation of innocent children, and their families."

You all should be VERY proud to stand up and speak your minds in support of DeGenova. Because NOW we now that you are the same as those we are trying to stop in Iraq.
