DeGenova and Sadam Hussein

Reader comment on item: Columbia University vs. America

Submitted by sheila miyoshi jager (United States), Apr 5, 2003 at 18:51

Regardless of our particular views of the war in Iraq, calling for the death of American soldiers falls outside the bounds of judicious, civilized debate (as is wishing death on anyone). I suggest Mr. DeGenova collaborate with Sadam Hussein (if he survives) and others like him, since they obviously have a lot in common: wishing death on those with whom one disagrees appears to be their solution in dealing with political differences. Sounds like DeGenova's political views-especially the hatred with which he expresses them--have a lot in common with Hussein's, Stalin's, and Hilter's.
