All the sources you gave are ridiculously biased, and completely ridiculous conspiracy theories. The only one that is slightly objective is this from Wikipedia:

Some organizations and writers who are called "dominionist" disagree with the categorization of their beliefs as a political ideology. They acknowledge that their Christian beliefs influence their vote but deny that they seek political domination. Many so-called dominionsts say that voting one's moral convictions is entirely consistent with Democracy, and that criticizing Christians for doing so is hypocritical."

Um... yes that is right. Everyone vote's one moral convictions.... that is the point. One man, one vote, one opinion, each man has value, even if they are Christian. No Christian leader today calls themself "Dominionist". It is a label made up for them. All the leaders who are accused of being Dominionists deny it, and NONE of their teachings promote it.

More from WIkipedia:

"There are many varieties of belief described as Dominionism, some of which never refer to the idea of "dominion" at all. Several of the major books on the subject argue that of the varieties of Dominionism, more radical forms have had a direct influence upon the more moderate Christian Right (Diamond, Barron, Clarkson)."

What "varieties" are these? Voting one's conscience? Dragging your own moral convictions into the voting booth? Please, that is ridiculous. This is nothing but a totally ridiculous conspiracy theory, worse than UFOs taking over the planet. Of course, you can research it yourself. I did. You will find nothing from Kennedy, Falwell, Robertson, or Dobson about "Dominionism" at all. Again, try it!

To equate Judeo-Christian culture with Islamofacism is just absurd. Christianity and Judaism has brought us all the major reforms of the west. Women's rights, emancipation of slaves, hospitals, universities, self-government, anti-child labor laws, modern nursing, all these were brought about directly from CHRISTIAN and JEWISH followers of Jehovah. Slam it all you want, but why lie about it? Why try to place it on the same level as evil jihadis? To make jihadis look better? That seems to be the only motivation.
