Alun.."What Shall we do"...well I suspect that most people are still a little shellshocked... They way forward interestingly enough didn't come from any 'socialist' current but from the coalition that organised the Demostration on Child Poverty on 4th of October.Omar Salem is right to say this action was probably "ahead of it's time"...A focus on the needs of the most vulnerable in this crisis and mass mobilisations to push for more radical government intervention could begin to empower those who have been marginalised for the past generation and allow them to take centre stage.
