Thanks Daniel! Ominous situation in London though.

Reader comment on item: My Debate with London Mayor Ken Livingstone

Hey Daniel, thanks for the huge effort. I really mean it.

When we get a video of this debate, study it well. From what I've gathered from the blogs, we'll see this enemy over and over again--the same style and much the same content.

What I find ominous is that London (as of 2001) is 14.6% of the population of the UK. Pipes will come home and Livingstone will go back to running London--one of the most important cities of the Western world. And, Bush is still fighting his concrete-bound "war on terror". Either he doesn't know--or is evading--who the enemy is and where they're located.

BTW, the Left/Islamist alliance (if that's what it is) seems very serious, and I must say that I don't understand it. Livingstone/Yaqoob, Chavez/Ahmadinejad, Chomsky/...., Berkeley 2004. But, Nazis, Communists, and Islamists all hate the West. Even coming from our own evangelical nutcases, freedom is enemy no 1 in the world today. Frightening!

I don't want to give up but I don't know what to do. I just can't see myself sitting around waiting for someone to shove a Bible or Koran in my face and telling me I'd better "believe"--and forget about natural science as I'm "converting" to rubbish.
