Good Question. Some attendees at the debate could help with this

Reader comment on item: My Debate with London Mayor Ken Livingstone
in response to reader comment: Why no MSM?

I also wonder why no MSM coverage. Presumably some of the major networks or papers were there flying their colours -- can anyone list the names of mainstream press agencies who had a visible presence?

Pin down the details and let's make a case for biased (non-)reporting of the event. If the MSM won't report on it we can at least vilify them in the blogosphere. Naming names would be a very helpful component. So those who were present, get your thinking caps on. I'd like to see even a *transcript* of the event.

I notice that Livingstone publishes transcripts of his past speaking engagements, interviews and debates on the government website -- surely this one is important enough to rate posting. If we can't get a permanent record, maybe some enterprising blogger can cobble together a transcript based on recollected accounts of the affair. You'll have to, of course, fill in a few things, so a little artistic license might be handy -- add in a few embarrassing and self-incriminating bloopers by Ken and his second.

Encode in the transcript a confession that it was deliberately faked for the purpose of drawing out the official video. Then "leak" the transcript to some media outlets and popular blogs, highlighting the bloopers. When the video is finally released to "debunk" the distortions in the fake, explain how to decrypt the confession and claim victory. Daniel, in the future you should consider travelling with your own "press entourage", or hooking up with supporters with video cameras and audio recorders wherever you speak.
