Reader comment on item: How Israel Can Win

I take it that this is the article that you had promised us in the comments to the previous article calling for Israel to win. That promise was in response to the many queries in the comments asking what, exactly, a strategy for victory would look like (if it is different from the unilateral disengegement strategy of setting borders without reference to the defeated population,) and what particular steps or actions Israel should then be taking, and what the final achievable goal of the strategy should be. I see nothing here that can answer those questions, or even help to develop an approach to answering them.

Nor do I agree that you should refrain from offering opinions on tactical matters because you're not Israeli: valid analysis requires no citizenship papers.

I hope that you will try again to answer those questions.
