Radical IslamReader comment on item: [Moderate] Voices of Islam Submitted by oskar Klausenstock, M.D. (United States), Sep 23, 2003 at 14:41 Dear Mr. Pipes,Your insightful comments are always a scource of enlightenment. But there is something lacking. ...I come from the same town in Poland and it was there, in those small cities, towns and villages (other "civilized" parts of Europe included,) that a murderous anti-Semitism was born and nourished for nearly two thousand years. The culprits were those black-clad town and village priest. Oh, the Pope may have given his nod but down at pew level in was the village priest who fanned the fires... that in its most convoluted way lead to the final catastrophe- the Holocaust. And so it is, I believe, with Islam. There they are the Mullahs, and higher up the Imams, their preaching issued through the loudspeakers of every Minaret. towns, villages, five times a day. It is this voice ... and those with their heads to the ground, from childhood on until the very old, listen to it and reapeat until it becomes their daily mantra. Five times a day, Mr. Pipes. Not once a week during the Sunday Mass. Who would not succumb? And it is the money that pays those power hungry Imams to go on. And where does the money come from? Perhaps, dear Mr. Pipes it is time that you call the culprits by name. in their own way the are the kind of "Gauleiters" of the Nazi doctrines and the "Politruks" of Stalinism, but even more effective. Keep up the good works. Oskar Klausenstock
