Our forum was in a big debate about this issue. It was nice to see someone of your credentials to write something concise, to the point, and really showing the culprits.

I might as well tell you that our forum is also doing a "http://www.globalaffairs.org/forum/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=69">book discussion on your latest book. Up to chapter 11 and loving every page of it.
