iraqi self-destruction and looting

Dr. Pipes, I more often agree with you than not, but in this article... . An occupation force has the obligation to move immediately to prevent looting and destruction, the occupation force is THE force for law and order. The "coalition" troops stood by and watched, this cannot be blamed on the Iraqis, whatever their perverse cultural or historical predilections may be.
