The reasons you have outlines for blaming the Iraqies for the turmoil, are ironically the same reasons liberals are so pessimistic about our chances of success in the region. Although I believe the world must pull
Iraq into the twenty-first century, the is certainly reason for pessimism. Dave Lubin
