They are fighting a war of public opinon now that they no longer have the military strength. I believe these entenched special gaurd or whatever they may be are instigating the anti-American speech. I also think they were instrumental in much of the worst looting in an attempt to make the US look worse in Arab eyes. Burning the buildings that may very well have held the most incriminating paper work.
