Amazing for the Post

Reader comment on item: Why the Left Loves Osama [and Saddam, Explains Lee Harris]

Submitted by Brad Bretzin (United States), Mar 21, 2003 at 13:58

This article is very timely because it begins to answer some of the why's to Frances and Germany's irrational UN positions as well as the violence of many of the rioting "so-called" peace activists.

I am happy to see more supportable atrticles - I am amazed that this article would appear in the New York Post. Are you changing your views towards the values of the moderate right and this country's silent majority. There was a time when I did not feel an issue could be discussed without a leftist bias in the Post. But please do not go too much to the right either. Now we do need some genuine and committed Mea Culpa language that may turn the tide on the hold the extremist left (which in their activism and most of media's lack of accountability) has on this country. And although I do lean conservative in my value structure I hope and pray and try not to view the facts in a skewed fashion.

The New York Post could do well to help save the Democratic Party and heal some of the divisiveness in this country by showing the true colors of Rep Nancy Pelosi Senator Tom Daschle.

again - great article - need a whole series with this as a theme to show the historical actions of this movement.
