in response to reader comment: false allegations

Though the original comments on Jet airways may not be true in toto it is to a very large extent. Things are not transparent in Jet with respect to finance and funding. And the worst thing is consistently for 3 years it sustained loss of 150 crores+, 180 crores+ and 220 crores+ and even as of now in 2006 it is in red so who funds it and from where does it gets it funding knowing that its not cash rich or doesnt have much of surplus. This can happen only in 2 ways either you have black money (mafia, terrorist, political backing....read as benami support, or such relevant support) or if you are born rich say like Vijay Mallaya and continue to grow positive.

There's more to Jet then Dawood and for sure there are many politicians one of them surely from Maharashtra (high profiled one) who have their hands in Jet. Just witness how Jet planes are cleared earlier then almost all airlines on urgency and the way communication, media and political comments are handled for Jet!!

As for proof....man.....balls to it, In India it doesnt work and will not work. Tell me one case of corruption where proof has worked and more so if it is mafia-political connection. Take any Harshad Mehta, Bofors, Sensex scam .....not even 2 hoots to it.

So bottom line being there are many things fishy in Jet airways and many of us know it and need not seek any proof. The probable reason why people preferred it was due to its timeliness and discipline which is now having competition by rivals. But then nature balances it all and so will it balance Jet airways for the time to come may be out of existence probably. I personally never travel Jet as for sure I dont want my money to be used to screw my own country!!
