Islamist term doesn't meet 6th grade level reader test

The problem with the term "Islamist" is that it may be confused with "Muslim" by uneducated people. Thus, politicians are afraid to use it in view of political correctness. Maybe we should content ourselves with "Islamofascist" and not fuss too much about the etymology.
