Why would followers of a "PROUD RELIGION" feel so insecure about their faith?

It is a fair question. Why are muslums so sensitive ? Why do they get hurt so easily? and react violently ? Were they abused as children by certain " belief system "?
Abused children grow up to be angry adults, you know, or do they have something to hide and/or may not be " PROUD " of ?

Why do they have to kill apostates? or " honor kill " their women for holding hands with a christian man ? better yet why do they mistreat or discriminate against the christian minorities in their lands ? or try to coerce them to become muslums ? or make them pay Jaziya ( extra taxes) if they don't, and end up living like second class citizens ? "PROUD WHAT" ?

Why did they have to invade the Middle East which was populated by jews and christians, among others, and had to force their belief system down people's throat lest they stuck their sword in it instead? Humm! " PROUD RELIGION " ?
and why are they still occupying the lands for over 1400 years and then complain about Israel's illegal occupation ? come on, Humm! you think " PROUD RELIGION " ?

Why do muslums and islamic countries have no Democracy, or civil rights or human rights or women's rights in their lands ? instead are living by the rules of seventh century arabia ?

And why do the muslums living in the west not embrace these values they so much enjoy ? and not want to go back to their countries? instead want sharia laws here ? Humm!
But if they have sharia laws in the west for them, they may not enjoy raping western women ?and/ or stealing the infidels' money lest they get stoned or beheaded or have their hands cut off ? Hummm! are they not thinking about those " PROUD RELIGION " issues ?

I don't recall any muslum famous paintor or classical musician or a recent inventor of any significant invention with any value that has advanced humanity or cured any disease or built any famous building. Humm! " TOO PROUD " ?

Ok, so what is it that their " PROUD" of again ? cleanliness in the middle east ? shish kabbob, or belly dancing ? oh! flying airplanes into buildings! Ok, that's good. What else ? better yet, blowing themselves up with bombs from western technology! Humm! not cool ! but " PROUD ".

Ok, I am not connecting here between " PROUD RELIGION " and not so good acts ?

So, what is their problem ? you think it might be " islam " ? Humm! I mean it is endemic, you know this issue of " PRIDE ". Ok, don't tell me, I do not know the real " PROUD RELIGION".
So will the real " PROUD RELIGION" please stand up ?

I sound like this guy on 60 minutes at the end of the show. But muslims and the world will be better off if they embrace our values, something to be " PROUD OF " really, and try to live like us in this short life, try to compete in the market place like us when it comes to inventions, or ideas and " KINDLY " keep their " PROUD RELIGION " to themselves .

I mean we are not so bad, after all we don't do to you " PROUD PEOPLE" all the bad things you guys do to us in your countries, right ? we let you practice your PROUD faith without any repercussion, right? and so where is the arabic/islamic hospitality you guys are " PROUD " of in the middle east ? Reciprocity is important, you know, LOVE is a two way street. One hand can not clap.
So, you guys are going to work on it ? right? you promise? it will make me "PROUD OF YOU".

Humm ! So, you think that is a good idea ? we'll see. No Fatwas please !
Enough of that "PROUD BUSINESS" already .

God is love, forgive and forget, turn the other cheeck, pray for those who persecute you. I am sure you have heard that before. So be "GOOD" put them into good use, DO something that you could really be " PROUD OF" for yourselves. Do it for you , Ok , and " BE PROUD ".

Salam aylaykum.
