banu quraiza men were killed because they broke their treaty and helped the Quraish in their war against muslims.
The people of banu quraiza gave up in the seige and chose Sa'd ibn Mu'adh a jewish leader for theri judgement. Sa'd being a jew decided according to the Old Testament:

"When you draw near to a town to fight against it, offer it terms of peace. If it accepts your terms of peace and surrenders to you, then all the people in it shall serve you at forced labor. If it does not submit to you peacefully, but makes war against you, then you shall besiege it; and when the Lord your God gives it into your hand, YOU SHALL PUT ALL ITS MALES TO THE SWORD. You may, however, take as your BOOTY THE WOMEN, the children, livestock, and everything else in the town, all its spoil. You may enjoy the spoil of your enemies, which the Lord your God has given you."
(Deuteronomy 20:10-14)

So blame your bible not our prophet.

Prophet Muhammad(Pbuh) married Aisha wen she was 9 years old, but agreed to marry her wen she was six. Her father Abu Bakr himself insisted on the prophet marrying aisha so that instead of just being friends, they would also be relatives. In Islam a person can only be married wen he/she reaches puberty and AGREES to be married. in those days people reached puberty very early. Aisha reached puberty wen she was 9 this is why she was not married wen she was six.
1400 years ago in arabia things were different. some women used to be mature by 9 and die in their 40's
