Does Islam Grant Precedence to Individual Will Over Allah's Dictat?

Reader comment on item: Arabian Sex Tourism

It is possible to endlessly quote the Quran on this. There is depravity in each society, but few offer protection behind religious laws. Why hide prostitution and pedophilia under the guise of Islamic marriage? No answer forthcoming on that one! Why sidestep the thrust of this blog?

Mr. Sam Philar, "I agree when it is said that the so-called religious people are at fault when they use children for their sadist fantacies..." -- Those little girls' lives are destroyed by the actions of Arabs, the priests and their parents in a narrowly "honour-bound" Ummah. Are the Qazis permitted to distribute condoms for AIDS-prevention? If Islam is magnificent, how does this abomination serve its purpose? How many fatherless children will those girls beget by the time they reach adulthood? If the whole motive of the Godless transaction is to fight poverty, who bears the costs of the children? How does the Ummah care for them? Any answers? What does Allah say about it?
